What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. On departure day, please check out by 11:00 am.
Where can I park and how much does it cost?
Public parking spaces are available outside the building. At the Kongress- und Theaterhaus, about a two-minute walk away, the public outdoor car park currently costs €2.00 per hour, up to €12.00 per 24 hours. The underground garage currently also costs €2.00 per hour, but up to €18.00 per 24 hours. The parking facilities are not operated by GMA Apartments. Prices and conditions may change at any time, so all information is provided without guarantee. A free parking space cannot be guaranteed.
Is early check-in available?
Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please ask us in advance of your arrival.
Can I store my luggage before check-in?
Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available in the building. Public luggage lockers are available at Bad Ischl train station.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in our apartments.
Is there a washing machine?
The apartments do not have a washing machine. Several laundries are within walking distance.

There are public parking spaces outside the building. The public car park and underground garage at the Theaterhaus are about a two-minute walk away.
