Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In this case, the total amount already paid will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged, or 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Early departure during the stay does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights. The date on which GMA Apartments receives the cancellation determines whether the deadline has been met.
