Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm; check-out is by 11:00 am. Other times require prior agreement and depend on availability.

Non-smoking apartments
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and all shared areas.

No parties; consideration for others
Parties, excessive noise and disruptive behaviour towards residents and other guests are not permitted.

Private use
Commercial photography or filming without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are prohibited.

Registered guests
Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.

No pets
Pets are generally not permitted. Guests with assistance animals should contact us in advance.

Care of the apartment
Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. Report damage, missing items and lost keys or remote controls promptly.

Safety and noise
Systems to measure noise levels may be used for residents' protection. Video surveillance may be present in public areas.
